The bird image on this is an inkjet image transfer to fabric! It wasn't the image I had originally planned to use-I just picked it because the colors went better. The paper on here are handpainted too. And of course my new love-drips!
Kristy, been a while since I visited your actual blog. I am so impressed with the pieces you have recently completed. No wonder your art was selected. ALL THREE pieces are fantastic. And, I must say I like your "drips" effect, the thistle piece and those where you included transfers.

Love drips? Hmmmm. I first saw something like this on Anahata inspired pieces. Is that where yours comes from? Very nice work!

I think the transfer works really well on this pieces. i too love the drips!
This is great! You inspire me. I haven't tried pouring yet. For some reason I can't wrap my feeble little brain around the process LOL!!
