When the Student Is Ready.......Journal Page
I have not journaled in a while and I have missed it terribly! I have felt lazy the past couple days and was not really planning to do anything today but lay on the couch but told myself to get up and do some art. So I pulled out my art journal and just played.
I am reading an inspirational book that is talking about "real magic" in our lives and how nothing is coincidence. How we learn from EVERTHING and everyONE. When the time is right, things just happen. Anyway, the words on this page are things I have taken from this book that I want to remember. As I was playing I thought of these things and decided that was what this page would be based on.
Ingredients: Oil Pastels, Image from Bernie Berlin, Handpainted papers, decorative tape, electrical tape, masking tape, Marble stamp from IBFS, sharpie marker, old text.

Grunge Backgrounds
This is a card I made using the upcoming Grunge Backgrounds sheet from IBFS
I LOVE grunge ANYTHING so I combined a couple of the different backgrounds
to do this one. Had a couple of flattened bottlecaps and it just seemed to be the final touch.
I am really happy with how this turned out.
New Samples for IBFS
I Brake For Stamps is coming out with more new images and I have had some fun working with them.
These are from the Skateboarding sheet and I have combined them with the Grunge Backgrounds sheet that is also coming out this next week. Being my son is really into skateboarding these were really enjoyable to work with.
